Shipping and Delivery Information
Some acquisitions are shipped from our Florida stockroom and ought to arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of our receiving of your order. In the event of delay, a Creative Porch & Garden service agent will notify you.
Merchandise shipped straight from our suppliers may take longer. Different items ordered at the same time may not reach your destination in the same box.
Creative Porch & Garden desires that you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will happily give you a product refund within 30 days of or your receipt of the item for a small restocking payment. You will need to present a return authorization sheet for each item returned. This sheet can be acquired by emailing us at sales@creativeporchandgarden.com

Due to the size and weight of furniture and certain other items, there may be extra shipping charges in addition to the normal shipping percentage fee. These charges will be noted in parentheses next to the price of the items listed on the site.

DAMAGES:
We make every endeavor to prevent damage from occurring during shipment. If any damages take place during UPS transport, filing a claim with UPS is the responsibility of the recipient and should be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging and broken items until you hear otherwise from UPS. Otherwise please notify the US Post office for any damages due to their negligence. All of our other products are inspected and boxed in excellent condition prior to shipping with the USPS.
